Menorca, what’s not to love

I walked the Camí de Cavalls for the second time in May 2024. Everything about the walk is first class, starting with the brilliant organisation of Camí de Cavalls 360° who can never do enough to help. Of course, life is about choices and preferences and having experienced many places, Menorca and the Camí de Cavalls keeps drawing me back. The towns are lovely, Ciutadella in particular but everywhere you go there are friendly welcomes and great service. The nothern side of the island is more spectacular, less people, cliff top walks and hidden beaches. Have your camera ready, especially the path from Cala Fontanelles. The south is more populated but with lovely pine forests and hidden gems such as the Cala en Porter Ravine and the stunning walled paths around Punta Prima. Can’t wait to go back again.
